02. Approve & Pay Securely

Online orders are paid securely at checkout. For custom projects, review and approve your estimate. We'll then send an invoice with a secure payment link.

03. Artwork Review & Production

Once payment is received, we begin processing your project. We'll review your artwork, complete any agreed design work, and provide a digital proof for approval when needed. Print-ready files can proceed directly to production when no additional approval is required.

04. Delivery, Pickup or Installation

Once your order is ready, we'll arrange shipping, local delivery, pickup, or installation as applicable to your project. Production and delivery times vary by order.
