How We Work

Here’s how we make every order smooth, clear, and professional—from start to finish.

 

 1. Request a Quote or Place an Order

You can send us your project details through:

In-person consultations are not available at this time.


In some cases, and depending on our workload, we may offer a phone or video call by request. These are scheduled outside of regular business hours and subject to availability.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the details and get back to you with a quote or the next steps to move forward.

2. Design & Proof
​

If you already have a print-ready design, please fill out our form and upload your file directly. We will review it and confirm whether it is ready for production.

​

If any adjustments or corrections are needed, we’ll let you know — and we can help prepare your file for printing if requested.

​

If you need a custom design from scratch, we offer professional graphic design services tailored to your brand and project needs.

​

Before anything goes to print, you will receive a digital proof to review and approve.

3. Payment

​

Full payment is required before we begin production or design work.

​

If your design is already ready to print, we will review it and, once approved, send you a secure payment link.

​

If you need us to create or adjust your design, full payment is required before we begin working on it.

​

You will receive an invoice by email with a safe and encrypted payment link. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive confirmation and we’ll move forward with your order.

​

We’re committed to making the process clear and smooth, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

4. Production Time

 

Production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, and service requested. Some items are completed quickly, while others—especially custom or specialty products—require more time.

​

If you request it, we’ll be happy to provide an estimated production time for your specific item. In some cases, we’ll include that information directly when quoting or confirming your order.

​

While we always work to stay on schedule, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to outside factors (such as supplier issues, weather, or production volume). If that happens, we will communicate with you promptly and clearly.

​

You can trust us to keep you informed, and we’re committed to making your experience smooth and stress-free.

​

Rush options may be available on certain items for an additional fee.

​

5. Delivery, Shipping & Installation

 

Once your order is complete and approved, we’ll notify you and proceed with delivery, shipping, or installation depending on your location and the type of product.

  • Local delivery may be available for certain products and areas. If applicable, we’ll let you know during the order process.

​

  • Shipping is available across the U.S. for most items. You’ll receive tracking details when your order is shipped.

​

  • Installation may be available for specific products and regions. If this applies to your order, we’ll schedule the service with you in advance.

​

In some cases, free shipping or delivery may be available, depending on the product and location. We’ll let you know if your order qualifies.

We do not offer customer pickup at this time.

​

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or return fees due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
